If you love public libraries – yes. The ME service allows you to borrow materials in person at any public library in Alberta using your local library card! Please note that electronic content is not available through the ME service due to licensing restrictions. No worries, we have lots of great electronic content in our eLibrary.

Eligibility requirements - your Parkland account must be:
- In good standing
- For a resident of a member municipality of Parkland Regional Library
- For an adult (minors cannot sign up online, but can visit any participating library to sign up in person, accompanied by a parent or guardian)
- An account containing a valid email address, a first and last name, a complete mailing address.
Does your library love extend to academic and government special libraries?
Request a TAL card at your home library to borrow materials in person from any library participating in the TAL card program. Note that certain special collections may not circulate through the ME or TAL services. Loan periods and overdue fines may vary by library. Ask at the library in question for more information. You can return borrowed materials to any participating library and it will be sent back to its home library at no charge.
